This 90% lean turkey is a delicious alternative to ground chicken. Our all-natural turkeys are never administered antibiotics or hormones and are grown out slowly. The white broad-breasted breed turkeys are raised on a farms. The result is a delightfully tender, moist turkey meat with superb taste. We grind a balanced blend of dark thigh meat and lean white meat to provide rich turkey flavor. It makes a perfect ingredient for burgers, casseroles, and other recipes that use ground meat. Richer tasting meat results from raising turkeys on an all-natural diet with plenty of exercise and freedom to roam.
