Ingredients
- Eggs - 3
- Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
- Onion - 1 sliced thinly
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander leaves - ΒΌ cup chopped finely
- Oil for making omelette
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat.
- Flip over and cook.
- Serve hot.
